KoreLab is cloud-based management software built for artisan food producers — bakeries, pastry shops, pasta makers, dairies and small food brands. It brings together the tasks that eat up the most time and margin in an artisan lab: cost control, pricing, and regulatory compliance.

On the functional side, KoreLab automatically calculates the food cost and full production cost of each product from its recipe and production batch, factoring in yield, units, and wholesale/retail margins. Whenever a supplier updates a price, the recalculation cascades automatically across every linked product — no manual spreadsheet rework. The Price Lists module then turns that cost into ready-to-send, customer-specific price lists with markup, margin, discount and rounding rules, exportable as PDF.

From the same recipe, KoreLab generates EU 1169/2011-compliant technical product sheets, with allergens automatically highlighted and per-100g nutrition facts calculated from ingredient data. The Quality module adds multi-standard HACCP self-control (IFS Food, BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000), versioned quality manuals, hazard analysis, and batch traceability.

On the security and integrity side, KoreLab uses PIN-based digital signatures bound to an integrity seal, and append-only registers (ALCOA+ principles) for traceability records — so audit trails can't be silently altered. Role-based access lets labs collaborate directly with their external quality consultant inside the platform, with no data exchanged over email.

For growing labs, the Business plan adds multi-warehouse operations: goods receipt, purchase orders, shipments with box-level tracking, delivery notes (DDT), Italian e-invoicing (SdI, Italy only for now), and sales agent commissions.

Deployment is fully cloud-based (SaaS), accessible from desktop and tablet on the shop floor. Plans range from a free tier for up to 5 products to unlimited-product plans with the full Quality module and an AI assistant.
