Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

LanePilot overview
What is LanePilot?
LanePilot is the LTL freight TMS for the small and mid-sized manufacturers and distributors who ship real freight but were never big enough for an enterprise TMS. Quote, book, track, and receive freight in one place, and let LanePilot find the money hiding in your invoices.
LTL pricing is complicated on purpose. Carriers quote one number and invoice another. Reweighs, reclassifications, and accessorial charges appear on invoices nobody approved, and most shippers simply pay them, because auditing every invoice by hand is nobody's job. LanePilot puts the shipper back on even footing, and it is built by people who spent years inside LTL freight.
What LanePilot does:
Invoice Audit. Every carrier invoice is checked automatically against your original quote and your negotiated contract rates. Overcharges are flagged the moment they appear, each one showing exactly what is wrong and what you are owed, so nothing slips through to month-end.
Dispute Letters. When LanePilot finds a billing error, it drafts a statute-cited dispute letter with the right figures and language, ready for you to file directly with your carrier. LanePilot is software, not a broker or a claims agent. You stay in control and keep everything you recover.
Rate Comparison. Describe a shipment in plain English and compare live LTL rates across your connected carriers, with your contract rates applied, in under 60 seconds. No logging into five portals, no waiting on callbacks.
Carrier Scorecards. Every carrier is scored from your real shipment history across on-time delivery, billing accuracy, cargo condition, quote accuracy, and more, so you reward the carriers earning your freight and hold the rest accountable with data instead of gut feel.
Benchmarking. Every lane is compared against public market indices so you can see exactly where you are overspending and which lane to renegotiate first. You walk into every rate review with the numbers on your side.
Command Center. Total freight spend, on-time rate, and savings recovered in one view, broken out by team member and trending over time, with shipment approvals you can action on the spot and every decision logged.
Team Workspace. Add your people, assign seats, and set roles so everyone has the right access and nothing more. Route approvals to the right person and keep a clean record of who booked what.
Routing Guides. Every lane gets a ranked carrier lineup, primary, secondary, and backup, each with its contract rate and live performance, with underperformers flagged automatically.
Receiving. Dock check-in, purchase orders, vendor scorecards, and vendor chargeback letters bring the inbound side of your dock into the same system as your outbound freight.
Booking, Shipments, Contracts, and KPIs. Book the carrier you just compared at the rate you were quoted, track every load in one place, upload contracts so your negotiated rates power your quotes and audits, and watch the metrics that run your freight on a single dashboard.
LanePilot gets more valuable the longer you use it. The scorecards learn your lanes, the audit sharpens as it accumulates your billing history, and your benchmarks get more precise with every load. It is self-serve software with no enterprise implementation and no consultant required, and while it is built for smaller shippers, it scales comfortably past 250 loads a month as you grow.
LanePilot opens to all shippers in late August 2026, with a permanent free plan (5 quotes and 5 audits a month, no credit card). Sign up at lanepilottech.com to be first in, or run a free invoice audit today at lanepilottech.com/try.
