Lanzo is management software built for the beauty industry in Spain: hair salons, barbershops, beauty clinics and nail bars, from a professional working alone to a team of ten. One product replaces the paper appointment book, the booking page, the till and the client card index.

The WhatsApp assistant

What makes Lanzo different is that clients book the way they already talk to the salon. They write on WhatsApp as they would to a person; the assistant checks the real gaps in the diary, offers the times that actually work, books the appointment, confirms it and sends the reminder the day before. There is no app for the client to install and nothing for the salon to type. For an owner who is holding a pair of scissors when the phone rings, this is the difference between a booked appointment and a missed one.

The till and Spanish tax law

Spain is introducing Verifactu, a system that requires every sale to generate an unalterable invoicing record with a QR code on the receipt. The dates are set by Royal Decree-Law 15/2025: 1 January 2027 for companies subject to corporate income tax and 1 July 2027 for everyone else, including the self-employed, which is what most salons are. The point of sale in Lanzo issues every receipt with its QR code at the moment of payment and files the record with the Spanish tax agency, so the salon arrives prepared without changing software again.

Not a marketplace

Lanzo takes no commission per booking and no commission per new client. The salon owns its client list and can export it at any time. The price is flat at 19.99 EUR per month plus VAT regardless of how many people work in the salon or how many appointments it handles, with no lock-in and the first two months free.

Setup and migration

The Lanzo team installs the software and migrates each salon's data: clients with their history, services and prices. In person around northwest Madrid and by video call across the rest of Spain. The salon keeps working while the move happens.
