Leadity is a lead generation platform that extracts local business contact information from Google Maps in real time across the United States Canada the United Kingdom and Australia. The platform performs live scraping at the moment of order placement and does not deliver precompiled dataset records. This approach ensures that each extracted record reflects the information visible on Google Maps at the time of retrieval.

Leadity employs configurable filtering mechanisms that execute before any billing actions. The phone verification filter cross‐references each scraped number with official telecommunications numbering allocations managed by the North American Numbering Plan Ofcom and the Australian Communications and Media Authority to classify numbers as mobile landline or VoIP prior to delivery. The owner name lookup feature aggregates data from multiple independent sources to verify business owner identity and excludes unverified names. The no-website filter isolates businesses without a published website address on their Google Maps listing. Each delivered lead record includes the company name the full address with city state postal code and time zone the business category the phone number and the website address when available.
