Each module is designed around accounting firm workflows. The pipeline module tracks every return and engagement with visibility into who is waiting on whom, and triggers automated client follow-up based on job status. The document management module runs an agent that monitors the output folders tax software prints into, then files returns, authorizations, and portal uploads automatically to the correct client record with versioning and duplicate detection. E-signatures send 8879s and other signature packets directly from the return they belong to, with signers pulled from contacts, printed sets named page by page, and per-check identity verification available. Workpapers are browser-based, with tickmarks, audit tape, and engagements assembled into a single bookmarked binder that carries forward from prior years. The tax research tool queries only IRS and state tax authority sources, re-reads every cited source to verify accuracy, and returns each citation with a checked or not-checked status, surfacing uncertainty rather than suppressing it. Certified mail letters are sent on firm letterhead in batch, with addresses validated before printing and IRS notices tracked back to the client record.

The client portal is white-labeled to the firm's brand, including logo, colors, and domain, at no additional cost. The portal surfaces only the items the firm is waiting on from each client, with each item clearing when complete.
