Liefertreu is a web-based supplier compliance platform for small and mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It covers the full cycle of supply chain due diligence under the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG): questionnaire distribution, certificate monitoring, supplier scoring and audit-ready documentation.

Questionnaire engine

Send a standardized 44-question LkSG questionnaire or build custom templates with your own question types, weightings and conditional logic. Distribution works in bulk or per supplier.

Recipients answer through a passwordless token link (64-character token, single use, with a configurable expiry date). No supplier account, no registration, no portal onboarding. Partial progress is stored server-side, so a form can be paused, forwarded to a colleague and completed later. Automated reminders are sent after 7 and 14 days and after the deadline passes.

Ai evaluation

Free-text answers are analyzed for plausibility and flagged when they contradict other statements or lack substance. Uploaded certificate PDFs are parsed to extract certificate type, issuing body, certificate number and expiry date. Extracted values are presented for human confirmation before they affect any score, so automation never writes unverified data into the compliance record. Evaluation is included in every plan with no token packages or per-document fees.

Certificate management

Track ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, SA8000 and custom certificate types per supplier, including standard version. Automated alerts are triggered 90, 30 and 7 days before expiry, and suppliers can upload replacements through their own token link without an account.

Scoring and reporting

Each supplier receives a compliance score derived from questionnaire results, certificate status, response behavior and development over time, with configurable risk categories. Exports include supplier lists, individual supplier files and complete evidence packages as PDF or Excel.

Security and architecture

Single-tenant data separation per organization, role-based access control with admin, editor and viewer roles, and a complete audit trail that records every action with user and timestamp. Hosted in the European Union with the database in Frankfurt, TLS encryption in transit, and defined retention and deletion periods. A GDPR data processing agreement under Article 28 is provided at onboarding at no extra cost.

Data import and integrations

Supplier data is imported by CSV, including field mapping and duplicate detection, and all reporting data can be exported to Excel. Liefertreu runs standalone and requires no integration project. A public REST API for ERP connections is on the roadmap.

Companies that receive questionnaires from their own customers can maintain a reusable compliance profile and answer recurring requests from stored responses instead of rebuilding the same evidence each time.
