Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Lotably overview
What is Lotably?
Lotably is an operating platform for parking operators that carries a license plate from scan to settled payment in one system. It combines handheld enforcement, online citation payments, monthly parker management, and pay-to-park, so operators stop stitching together separate tools that leak money and trust at every handoff.
The core loop runs the same way on every lot. An officer photographs a plate on a handheld, and on-device license-plate recognition reads it with a manual fallback. The platform checks the plate against monthly parker rosters and paid sessions for that lot, with lot-group equivalence so sibling lots count as one, and surfaces any prior unpaid tickets or open boots. The officer then issues a citation with photo evidence and the correct escalating fine, or applies a boot where it is permitted, and prints a slip on a handheld. Drivers pay online by ticket number, plate, or QR code, and funds settle to the operator's own account.
Handheld enforcement includes plate recognition, instant roster and paid-session checks, typo-tolerant near matching to prevent wrongful tickets, photo-evidence citations and boots, escalating fines snapshotted at issuance, and thermal-printed slips on supported handhelds with a browser-print fallback.
Online citation payments let a driver settle a ticket in about 30 seconds by ticket number, plate, or QR code, and bundle every unpaid obligation on a plate into one checkout. Payments run on Stripe Connect, so money settles directly to the operator's account, with email receipts and an online contest and appeal flow. Amounts are handled in integer cents to avoid rounding drift.
Monthly parker management covers clients, vehicles, parker allotments, and home-lot coverage, with subscriptions billed by card, ACH, or invoice. Delinquency can automatically pause enforcement access and restore it on payment. Pay-to-park adds per-lot QR posters and a definable pass catalog with price overrides and promo codes, and the enforcement engine honors active sessions without extra hardware.
Administration and reporting provide live dashboards, search across records, a per-operator violation catalog, branding self-service, granular per-user permissions with immediate revocation, CSV and JSON exports, an append-only audit log, and a guided go-live checklist. Security and multi-tenancy are enforced at the database layer, so every query is scoped to a single tenant, cross-tenant support access is audited, integration secrets are encrypted at rest, and each tenant has its own rate limits and backups.
The platform is white-label from day one, so an operator's logo, colors, custom domain, document prefixes, timezone, and violation types apply across the officer app, the public pay portal, the monthly parker portal, and the operator console, and drivers and staff see the operator's brand. It works with the tools operators already run, including Stripe for payments, Plate Recognizer for OCR, ParkingBoxx and manual or CSV sources for paid sessions, Cloudinary for evidence photos, and email and SMS providers for receipts. Its pluggable session architecture supports adapters for pay stations, gates, or a PARCS.
It fits private lots and garages, management companies running many brands, universities and campuses, hospitals and medical centers, municipalities and districts, and venues, HOAs, and residential communities.
