What is Mately?
Too many good businesses still run on a WhatsApp group: shifts in one chat, cover in another, hours in a notebook. Mately puts all of it in one app.
Build the rota on a computer, see what it costs, and publish it to staff's phones. Staff clock in with one tap. The owner can switch on a check that they're on the workplace Wi-Fi or nearby, and that check is made once and thrown away: nobody is tracked during a shift. Approved hours download as a file ready for Sage, Xero, BrightPay or QuickBooks. Time off, shift swaps, team chat, documents and daily takings are all included, with a rota for each pub when a business has more than one.
Mately works on iPhone, Android and in any web browser. It costs £3.99 per active person, per month, for the first 10 people, then £1.49 for each extra person. Everything is included, and the first 14 days are free.
