Miko Loyalty and Rewards is a cloud-based loyalty and rewards programme built natively on Shopify's infrastructure via Shopify Functions and native App Embeds. Designed for Shopify merchants across all plan tiers, from small direct-to-consumer stores to Shopify Plus enterprises, it enables customers to earn points on purchases, progress through VIP tiers, refer friends, and redeem rewards for discounts, free shipping, or free products, all without leaving the storefront. Because the rewards logic runs entirely through Shopify Functions with no external JavaScript or third-party storefront scripts, there is no PageSpeed penalty and no developer required for installation or configuration.

The platform supports a configurable points engine with earn rates set per dollar spent or per product and collection, plus bonus point events for account sign-ups, birthdays, product reviews, and social follows.
