Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Mile overview
What is Mile?
Mile combines order management, third-party logistics coordination, and fleet automation in a unified logistics operating system. The platform consolidates orders from multiple sales channels and manual sources into a central interface. It connects with external carriers and orchestrates in-house delivery operations to provide comprehensive visibility and control over logistics workflows. Mile serves ecommerce retailers, third-party logistics providers, fulfillment operations, water distribution companies, and on-demand delivery services that require consolidated management of complex delivery processes.
The platform is structured around three primary modules that manage the logistics lifecycle from order intake to delivery execution. Mile Orders centralizes order collection from ecommerce platforms and spreadsheet imports while tracking customer purchase history, account balances, credit limits, and delivery locations. This module supports manual or automated confirmation workflows via phone, SMS, or instant messaging channels. Mile Shipper integrates with multiple shipping providers to facilitate carrier handoffs, cash-on-delivery tracking, expense imports, profitability analysis, and disbursement scheduling. Mile Fleet manages internal delivery resources with proximity-based driver assignment, batch stop optimization, live tracking, and proof-of-delivery capture including digital signatures and photographic evidence.
Suite-level extensions expand functionality for organizations with advanced requirements. The Warehouse Suite delivers mobile warehouse management capabilities such as receiving, inventory slotting, pick-and-pack operations, loadout coordination, and returns processing with quality assurance and control workflows supported by photographic documentation and condition grading. The Enterprise and Milo AI Suite adds omnichannel communication automation across messaging and voice channels, multi-carrier orchestration from cash-on-delivery collection through payout management, and consolidated dashboards displaying operational cost, cash-on-delivery status, and carbon equivalent emissions per order, stop, and distance. Both extensions support integration with major enterprise resource planning systems including Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and JD Edwards.
Mile integrates with ecommerce platforms, shipping carriers, driver applications, warehouse systems, and ERP solutions through a unified API architecture. This integration framework consolidates orders, financial transactions, and operational metrics into a single operational view while automating address validation, non-delivery recovery, route optimization, and load planning. The system provides a transparent audit trail for all logistics activities to support compliance and performance analysis.
