The platform centralizes lead management, scheduling, proposal and contract creation, invoicing and payment processing in one interface. Its scheduling tool allows clients to select appointment slots through a shareable link that synchronizes with Google Calendar and dispatches confirmation and reminder messages via WhatsApp prior to scheduled sessions. The proposal and contract modules generate and transmit professional documents directly within client conversations. The automated billing function issues payment requests, sends pre-due reminders and automatically reconciles received transactions.
Mirino offers two gallery types for media delivery and sales. Private delivery galleries grant clients access to high-resolution files, enable selection of preferred images, approval workflows and direct downloads. Public event galleries operate as storefronts where attendees use facial recognition to locate and purchase their own photos. Both gallery formats support custom branding and incorporate background music playlists generated by artificial intelligence based on mood settings. Media assets remain stored in the user’s Google Drive to preserve full ownership.
Native WhatsApp Business API integration is embedded without additional subscriptions or third-party services. Automated notifications handle appointment confirmations, payment reminders, project status updates, gallery approval alerts and final delivery notices while preserving the option for manual intervention. Mirino employs a single-tier pricing model that includes all core features and requires no development resources to activate standard integrations.
