Event delivery and ecosystem fit

On Pro and Enterprise plans, the modONE Event Subscription Service (beta) pushes activity to your systems as it happens. Eight events are available, including employee enrollment, Skill Builder assignments and completions, micro-lesson and alert confirmations, attendance, and organization- and location-level content summaries. Events arrive by secure HTTPS webhook (Bearer token or x-api-key) or by structured email with a JSON body, in one consistent envelope with an eventId for deduplication. Webhook destinations can include Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or your own API gateway. The service is push-only; historical data comes from CSV exports.
