Momentzy is a guest photo-sharing platform for events, used both by businesses that run events for clients and by private hosts. The organizer creates an event and shares a QR code or link; guests upload photos and videos directly from their phone browser, with no app install and no account. Everything collects into one private, branded gallery the organizer can moderate, search and download in full quality.

For professionals and teams

Photography studios, event agencies, venues, hotels and wedding planners use Momentzy as a white-label layer over their own service. Galleries carry your logo and colours, not ours. Account plans add multi-seat team access (up to 10 seats on Team), a public business page listed in our professionals directory, multi-event management from one dashboard, and analytics per event. There is 0% commission on event plans - what you invoice your client stays with you. A B2B portal handles organization-level branding and member management.

For individual organizers

A single event plan covers a wedding, birthday or family gathering, with the same guest experience and no per-guest cost.

How it works

The guest flow is entirely browser-based, so it behaves identically on iOS and Android with no app store step. Each event has its own share link and QR code. Uploads can be moderated before they appear, and the organizer downloads originals at full resolution.

Security and compliance

Data is hosted in the EU. Galleries are private by default and served over signed, expiring URLs. Face detection is strictly opt-in and scoped to a single event. GPS metadata is stripped from uploads. Supports GDPR data export and erasure, per-photo consent and configurable retention, with soft deletes and a documented purge process.
