What is Move Up?
Move Up helps moving companies run their in-home surveys and send quotes faster, without paper or re-typing at the office.
On site, the estimator goes from room to room and taps each piece of furniture in a catalog of 246 items and 385 size variants. Cubic volume (m³ or cu ft) and estimated weight update as you go, and Move Up recommends the truck and crew size. Access details are captured at both addresses: floor, elevator, parking, carry distance, furniture lift, shuttle.
Back at the office, the agenda shows every survey, on-site or by video. Customers receive confirmations and reminders by SMS or email in their own language, and can follow their file through an online tracking link.
When the survey is done, Move Up produces a PDF report with your logo and colors, and a quote pre-filled from the survey for road, sea, air or storage moves. Quote status is tracked (sent, accepted, declined).
