Moveat overview
What is Moveat?
Moveat is a client tracking app for personal trainers and sports coaches.
You invite a client by email. From their phone, they send a check-in: weight, measurements, how they feel, and progress photos. You read the curve, compare the photos over time, then write the diet and the training program. Calories and macros are computed from a food database, so the numbers behind a diet are real rather than estimated.
You set the check-in frequency for each client, and Moveat reminds them automatically when one is due, by push notification and by email, in their own language.
Your client installs nothing: a link opens their space in the browser. Progress photos are treated as the sensitive data they are, with private storage, short lived signed links and strict isolation between coaches. Hosting and data are in the European Union.
