MoveBlueprint is built for moving companies that get leads from their website: from the owner who still quotes every job to a franchise with a team of surveyors.

The quote form sits on the mover's own website. The customer fills it in and sees a price range on the spot, worked out from the mover's own rates, the home size, the distance and the time. From the same screen they can book a date: they pick a date and arrival window, accept the mover's booking terms, and a hold goes on their card for the deposit. The owner confirms with one tap and only then is the card charged, straight to the mover's own Stripe or Square account. A decline or no answer releases the hold. MoveBlueprint never holds the money and takes no per-booking fee. Interstate moves and moves from California do not book online; those customers are asked to call.

The customer can also film one walkthrough of the home on their phone, talking as they go, or walk it with the mover on a live video call. The AI recognizes the items; it does not measure anything. Cubic feet and weight come from the industry-standard tables, with room-by-room notes and box counts, and the walkthrough ends in a price range from the mover's rates.

Everything lands in the CRM the mover already runs: a native push into SmartMoving, and any other CRM through the Partner API, webhooks or a lead-intake email address. Every price range is an estimate; the mover sets the final number. MoveBlueprint is not a CRM and does not perform or arrange moves.
