MoveBlueprint is video-survey and quoting software for independent moving companies, sold on two flat plans: Survey at $99/month and Complete at $199/month, both with unmetered surveys, month to month, and a 14-day free trial with full access.

Intake is browser-based on the customer's own phone. The mover texts a link; the customer films one continuous walkthrough and narrates it, or the mover hosts a guided live video call and goes room by room. No app install on either end. The AI identifies items and builds a room-by-room inventory with box recommendations. It identifies; it does not measure: cubic feet and weight come from industry-standard cube sheets, and the customer's own words count, so anything they say is staying comes off the list. The mover reviews and edits every inventory.

Survey at $99 is for a company that already runs a CRM. It includes the survey, the reviewed inventory, an embeddable instant-quote widget for the website, per-room box recommendations, native lead push into SmartMoving, and an open partner API for any other system. The finished inventory lands in that CRM, where the mover prices the job.

Complete at $199 adds quoting at the mover's own rates with tariff line items, online e-signature, and deposits on the mover's own Stripe or Square account with no platform fee, plus the lead pipeline, email and SMS messaging, the dispatch calendar, ROI reporting, and an assistant that drafts replies for the mover to approve.

Every user is included on both plans. No per-seat, per-truck or per-survey fees.
