What is MyEZToll?
MyEZToll is a cloud platform that automates toll and violation handling for car rental companies, car-sharing operators and Turo hosts in the United States and Canada.
Core functions
- Toll retrieval: connects to the fleet's toll agency accounts (31 tested agency integrations across the U.S. and Canada) and imports transactions on a schedule.
- Violation and citation scanning: finds parking, camera and toll violations issued to fleet plates and attributes them to the rental.
- Matching: every crossing and ticket is matched to the vehicle, the booking and the driver who had the car at that time, using booking windows and, where available, GPS positions.
- Rebilling: renters are charged through Stripe with itemised invoices, automatic retries on declined cards, reminders and a full payment history.
- Disputes: evidence (booking, timestamps, route, matched tolls) is assembled and submitted to Stripe automatically, with deadlines tracked.
- GPS toll detection: gantry crossings are detected and priced from vehicle tracks the day they happen, weeks before the agency posts the transaction.
- Rental operations: driver licence recognition, bilingual rental agreements, 15 interface languages and a web dashboard for the fleet.

Security
- Hosted on Microsoft Azure; all traffic over HTTPS with HSTS.
- Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by MyEZToll.
- Agency account credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM.
- Data changes are recorded in an audit log with the user and IP address.
Pricing: free for the fleet owner, with no subscription, set-up or per-vehicle fees. Revenue comes from the renters who incurred the charges; MyEZToll's own telematics hardware and service are the only optional paid items.
