MyFuelHQ overview

What is MyFuelHQ?

MyFuelHQ is a cloud-based fuel margin intelligence platform built for independent gas station owners and fuel operators running 1 to 10 locations. The platform connects supplier invoices, POS sales data, and automatic tank gauge (ATG) readings into a unified dashboard, calculating actual profit-per-gallon by fuel grade — Regular, Midgrade, and Premium, including midgrade blend cost — on a daily basis rather than at month-end. No on-premises software installation is required; supplier documents such as BOLs, invoices, and EFT drafts are ingested via email forwarding to a dedicated ingest address and processed using AI-powered document parsing. Operators should verify parsed output before applying it to financial or operational decisions.

Core capabilities span automated BOL-to-invoice-to-EFT three-way reconciliation, live ATG tank level monitoring with volume, ullage, and water readings updated throughout the day, and configurable alerts for low-level, critical, water-high, and ATG-unreachable conditions. Predictive next-delivery forecasting projects demand across 24, 48, and 72-hour horizons to support proactive delivery planning. Per-pump performance monitoring with a live transaction feed, competitor price tracking, and a multi-station portfolio view with per-station P&L, delivery status, and cost trends give operators visibility across their entire portfolio. The platform integrates with Gilbarco Passport and Verifone Commander POS systems and Veeder-Root TLS tank monitors, and supports major fuel suppliers including Sunoco LP, Ewing Oil, CPG, PMG, Motiva, BP/Amoco, Marathon, Phillips 66, and Valero — with no workflow changes required to existing dispatch software or POS hardware.

MyFuelHQ is priced per station per month on a volume-tiered basis, ranging from $349 for a single station to $199 for 10 or more stations, with no setup fees, no per-transaction charges, and no long-term contracts. Hands-on onboarding is included and no internal IT team is required. Operators retain full ownership of their data, with complete export available at any time. The platform is currently in use by independent operators across the Mid-Atlantic region.
