NAMA overview

What is NAMA?

NAMA is a cloud-based, AI-native travel operating system designed for destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, and corporate travel desks. It covers the full booking lifecycle within a single web dashboard: enquiry capture from WhatsApp, email, and web forms; AI-powered triage and lead scoring; margin-aware quote and itinerary generation; client e-signature and payment collection via Razorpay; automated voucher dispatch; and live per-departure profit and loss tracking. Setup completes in under 4 minutes, with agencies going live within 48 hours. No on-premises deployment is available. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, GDPR export and deletion are supported, and multi-tenant isolation is enforced.

NAMA is structured across M1 through M19 modules spanning query triage, CRM, itinerary building, bookings, and finance. At its core is EKLA, an embedded AI layer that extracts structured data (destination, dates, traveler count, budget, and travel style) from raw WhatsApp or email messages in seconds, scores leads as HOT, WARM, or COLD, drafts customer replies, and builds itineraries using the agency's own supplier rates and markups. One-tap human approval is required before any communication reaches a customer. Safety controls include prompt-injection protection, per-workspace daily AI spend caps, and an instant Pause switch. A bring-your-own-key (BYOK) option allows agencies to supply their own AI API keys to reduce operating costs, supported by a built-in BYOK savings calculator. After 90 days, NAMA accumulates the agency's business logic, booking history, margin patterns, and supplier relationships, increasing output accuracy over time.

Integrations include WhatsApp Business, Gmail, custom SMTP, Razorpay, and webhooks, with CSV import available for existing leads and vendor data. Role-based team access controls permissions across staff. Live P&L tracking surfaces net margin, vendor costs, agent performance, and reconciliation data per booking and per departure. NAMA is free to use, with no credit card required for the pilot, making it accessible to travel teams of any size and without requiring technical expertise.
