Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Nexus overview
What is Nexus?
Nexus is a cloud-based, modular integration and intelligence platform that connects ERP, CRM, accounting, HR, e-commerce, and operations systems into a single unified data model. Designed for Canadian businesses running multiple disconnected platforms, Nexus supports connectors to QuickBooks, Epicor, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Spire, and others. By default, ERP connections are read-only, preserving the ERP as the system of record while surfacing consolidated data across all linked systems. The base plan includes real-time dashboards, live reporting, and an Inbox Assistant. Add-on modules extend the platform with Dispatch and Scheduling AI, Customer Portal, Document Automation, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery, CRM, and an API and Developer Platform. Pricing is seat-based for office and power users; field team access is included at no additional cost.
The platform's natural-language query interface, Ask Nexus, allows users to interrogate live ERP and connected system data using plain-English questions, returning answers on overdue customers, sales trends, reorder recommendations, and top sales rep performance without requiring SQL or technical expertise. Modules built on the unified data model can draft replies, trigger reorder workflows, route vehicles, and flag low-margin jobs. A dedicated offering, Nexus for Spire, targets Spire ERP users specifically, layering intelligence and integration capabilities directly onto that ecosystem. The modular architecture allows organizations to adopt only the capabilities relevant to their current operational needs and expand incrementally.
