Notch Sports brings scheduling, assigning, and payments for youth sports officials together in one modern platform, so leagues, clubs, and tournaments can get games covered with ease.

Assignors work from a single dashboard. Set up groups and configure each competition with its own eligibility rules, crew sizes, and pay scales, then import entire schedules with smart CSV mapping. From there, link games to assign crews quickly by hand, or turn on self-assign and let officials claim the games that match their experience, availability, and location. Communication is built in, with email, push, and SMS notifications keeping everyone aligned as schedules change.

Officials get an experience designed for how they actually work. They create an account, keep their availability up to date, request the games they want, and manage it all from the Notch mobile app on iOS and Android, with no phone tag and no paperwork.
