What is NPSKit?
NPSKit is a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey platform engineered for fast deployment and high response rates. It generates a fully branded survey directly from a Google Maps URL or e-commerce store URL (Shopify, WooCommerce, DTC), automatically extracting business name, brand colors, logo, and business type — no manual design or configuration required. Surveys are produced in under 60 seconds and include an AI-generated custom graphic matched to the business.
Distribution is omnichannel: shareable link, branded email invitations, QR codes, and an embeddable widget on higher tiers (SMS delivery is available on the Enterprise plan). The real-time analytics dashboard surfaces live NPS scoring, promoter/passive/detractor segmentation, sentiment, and trends over time. Surveys are mobile-first and respond on any device.
Plans scale by response volume and data retention: a free tier covers your first 100 responses (no credit card), Starter ($9/mo) supports up to 500 responses/month with 1-year retention, and Pro ($39/mo) supports up to 5,000 responses/month with widget delivery and 3-year retention. An Enterprise tier ($299/mo, coming soon) adds 50,000 responses/month, SMS delivery, team management, CRM/POS/e-commerce integrations, and 5-year retention.
