The conversation intelligence component automatically transcribes voice interactions, generates AI driven summaries and analytics and performs sentiment and intent detection to transform unstructured call data into actionable insights. The automated post call actions component triggers business workflows including updates to customer relationship management systems, lead logging, appointment booking and scheduling and escalation to human agents when required. The platform extends beyond voice to enable unified automation across channels such as chat and messaging including SMS and WhatsApp while preserving centralized conversation histories and workflow continuity.

Integration with existing business telephony infrastructure is enabled through secure SIP trunking for seamless inbound and outbound operations. All conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest within a secure cloud environment that aligns with PDPA requirements and global standards such as GDPR, ISO two seven zero zero one and SOC two best practices.
