Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

PathAI overview
What is PathAI?
PathAI is a cloud-native AI-powered pathology platform covering the full drug and diagnostic development lifecycle. Its core product, AISight, is an open-platform enterprise image management system used by anatomic pathology laboratories, academic medical centers, reference labs, health systems, and biopharma organizations to manage cases, view whole-slide images, and deploy AI-based histopathology analyses. AISight Link, an open API, enables bi-directional LIS integration and third-party algorithm distribution. The FDA 510(k)-cleared AISight Dx platform extends capabilities to primary diagnosis in clinical settings. The platform holds CE Mark, ISO 13485, MDSAP, and ISO 27001 certifications, and is supported by a CAP/CLIA-certified, GCLP-compliant in-house histopathology laboratory.
The companion AI product suite delivers spatially-resolved, single-cell tumor microenvironment (TME) analysis from H&E whole-slide images, generating over 600 human interpretable features (HIFs) via PathExplore. Additional modules include IHC Explore for single-cell-resolution biomarker quantification on IHC stains; AIM-PD-L1 and AIM-HER2 for automated, reproducible biomarker scoring with explainable AI heatmap visualizations; AIM-ER, AIM-PR, and AIM-Ki-67 for breast cancer biomarker measurement; AIM-MASH+ for automated MASH CRN scoring and fibrosis staging; TumorDetect for tumor detection and case prioritization across common carcinomas; ArtifactDetect for slide quality monitoring; and AIM-TumorCellularity for molecular testing workflows. AI models are trained on more than 32.5 million annotations from a network of over 450 pathologists and validated against a library of millions of whole-slide images, using architectures including graph neural networks, generative models, and end-to-end models.
PathAI serves organizations across oncology (lung, breast, colorectal, melanoma, gastric, kidney, pancreatic, prostate, lymphoma, ovarian, bladder, head and neck, and liver cancers), hepatology (MASH/NASH, fibrosis), gastroenterology (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), dermatopathology, and urology. For biopharma, the platform supports translational research, clinical trial operations, biomarker discovery, and companion diagnostic development. Academic institutions gain free access to PathExplore HIFs derived from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Through AISight Link, a curated multi-partner AI algorithm ecosystem, including CE-IVD-marked third-party algorithms, is accessible from a single platform, allowing biopharma partners to distribute proprietary algorithms at scale without building separate distribution infrastructure.
