Pistonlog is garage management software for independent UK workshops and small teams. It brings bookings, digital job cards, customer and vehicle records, and invoicing into one workspace so the office and workshop can follow each job from booking to collection.
A shared workflow board shows which jobs are booked in, in progress, awaiting parts or ready for collection. Teams can assign work, review job information and manage appointments through the calendar. Customer and vehicle records keep the details needed for repeat visits together.
Basic covers the everyday workshop workflow, including job cards, bookings and invoicing. Pro adds digital vehicle inspections, a private Diagnostic Library and advanced reporting. MOT and service reminders help teams follow up on returning work; automated reminders use separately purchased credits.
Pricing is per workshop and includes unlimited users. Basic is £99 per month or £950 per year paid upfront. Pro is £179 per month or £1,720 per year paid upfront. Multi-workshop businesses can discuss Enterprise options. Pistonlog offers a three-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions.
