PostNow.ai lets finance and operations teams load, change and report on mass data in SAP ECC and S/4HANA directly from Excel, without writing code and without ABAP development.

The problem it solves is simple. Your data is already in a spreadsheet. SAP has no safe way to accept it, so somebody keys it in one record at a time. PostNow removes that step.

How it works:

Find the function. Describe what you need in plain English, such as "create a purchase order", and PostNow finds the right SAP BAPI. Where no BAPI exists for a transaction, record it instead and PostNow captures every screen and field automatically.

Build the template. Mapping AI reads your SAP screen labels, from a screenshot or from your Excel headers, and proposes the field mapping in about fifteen minutes instead of the three to five hours it normally takes. Auto Map wires the columns in one click with a preview before anything is applied.

Validate first. Every row is checked before SAP sees it, with cell-level jumps to each error and automatic fixes for leading zeros, trailing spaces and date formats. Live lookups confirm that master data actually exists and is active in SAP before the run starts.

Post and verify. Runs execute with real-time pass and fail counts per row. Logs write back into the sheet with the resulting SAP document numbers, so every record traces to its source row. Errors return explained in plain language in around ten seconds.
