Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

ProcessCollector overview
What is ProcessCollector?
ProcessCollector is business process management software for teams that need their processes documented, current and findable — without running a six-month BPM project.
Start from what you have
Upload an existing SOP, work instruction or quality manual as PDF or Word. In about a minute the AI proposes a complete process: the steps in order, the roles involved, the systems and resources used, and the requirements that apply. It matches everything against the master data already in your account, so you are not creating duplicates. You review the proposal and confirm it — nothing is written to your system until you do.
Prefer to start from scratch? Describe a workflow in plain language and the AI builds the structure the same way. Either route works without BPMN training.
More than a flowchart
Every process is linked to the departments, roles, locations, resources and requirements it touches. Instead of a folder of separate diagrams you get one connected model of how your organization works — a process map at the top, individual processes beneath it, and the organizational data they all share.
Full-text search runs across processes, requirements and resources, so a colleague looking for "how do we handle a complaint" finds the current answer instead of asking around. An open REST API exposes processes, BPMN models, requirements and organizational data through documented endpoints — the same ones your own AI tools can call.
Improve, not just document
On request, the AI Expert reviews a process and returns concrete recommendations: where a control point is missing, where the flow has a gap, what a quick win would look like. You decide what to apply. Changes go through an approval step with a change note and approvers, and every version is retained, so your documentation stays defensible when an auditor asks what changed and why.
Built for the people that actually maintain it
In practice a handful of people keep the processes current while many more just need to look something up. Explorer licences are read-only, so you decide who can change a process and who can only read it. Every user needs a licence. Packages start at 25 users.
What it is not
ProcessCollector does not do process mining, it will not reconstruct processes from ERP event logs. It is not a document management system; documents are linked to processes but stay where they live, such as SharePoint. And if you need deep BPMN rigour or process simulation, a classic BPM suite fits better.
Trial, pricing, hosting
The 14-day trial runs on the full feature set with no credit card; you pick a plan at the end, not the start. Pricing starts at EUR 7.95 per user per month billed annually, in packages of 25 users. Process data is hosted in the EU (AWS Frankfurt, Germany), never used to train AI models, and aiio is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Interface available in English and German.
