Propmo overview
What is Propmo?
Propmo is property management software built for small landlords in Ontario, Canada. It keeps each property's rent, tenants, leases, documents and expenses in one place, and adds the Ontario-specific work a general tool leaves to you.
Landlords track rent with monthly check-ins and a period-by-period ledger, forward e-Transfer notices, bills and mail to have them sorted automatically, and give tenants a portal for rent status, repair requests and messages. Repairs are coordinated with local tradespeople, with visit times and photos. Propmo plans rent increases against the Ontario guideline and the N1 notice window, and for unpaid rent it drafts the N4 and L1 Landlord and Tenant Board forms from the landlord's own records for review.
Two AI assistants help: Sam follows up with tenants to book repairs, and Sally answers questions about a property's finances.
Propmo costs $99 CAD per rental unit per month, all-inclusive, plus HST. It does not collect rent, screen tenants, give legal advice or file forms on a landlord's behalf. The landlord reviews every draft.
