The judgment engine classifies reports into five categories: real bug, false positive, user error, missing context or regression. The system provides reasoning for each determination and enables single click overrides. Enrichment structures unformatted reports into complete tickets with fields for reproduction steps, environment details, affected platforms and reporter information. Routing logic applies user defined rules to direct tickets to appropriate teams and assign priority levels based on conditions such as channel source, keywords, severity and impact. All automated decisions require human approval before tickets reach the Linear tracker.
Extensive configuration is available through calibration rules that encode team specific triage logic and enable routing based on channel sources, pattern matching, severity thresholds and team assignments. Ticket templates standardize issue structure across configurable sections including summary, reproduction steps, expected behavior and environment specifications. The intake dashboard provides a unified queue of incoming reports with classification scores, routing recommendations and approval controls. Analytics calculate time reclaimed through automation and measure hours saved on auto triaged bugs, caught duplicates and enriched tickets with cost estimates tied to rates. The platform supports paste based intake for conversations from sources such as WhatsApp, email, ServiceNow, Google Chat, support tickets and documents and processes these inputs through the same deduplication, classification and enrichment pipeline without requiring native integrations.
Qalibr integrates with Linear as its primary issue tracking destination, synchronizes routed tickets with team boards and maintains bidirectional status updates. It connects to Slack workspaces via a native app that monitors designated channels for bug reports and posts automated responses with triage outcomes and ticket links. API capabilities enable custom integrations for organizations that require connections beyond Slack and Linear. The cloud based software is accessible through web interfaces without local installation and features mobile responsive design for access across devices. Security features include single sign on and SAML authentication, audit logging and data processing policies that use pasted content solely for ticket creation without storing information for model training. Enterprise deployments support security reviews, data processing agreements, service level agreements, priority support and dedicated onboarding for organizations with specific compliance or operational requirements.
