Qroda is a QR code based ordering and menu management application designed for restaurant and food service operations. Customers scan QR codes at tables to access digital menus and submit orders without creating accounts or downloading applications. The platform targets restaurants, cafes, food stalls and temporary operations such as events and festivals. It addresses operational inefficiencies by streamlining order entry, reducing staff workload during peak periods and minimizing errors associated with verbal communication.

The application features a menu management system that enables real time updates to items, prices and availability from both mobile devices and desktop computers, eliminating the need to reprint physical menus. It provides automatic translation of menu content from Japanese into English and offers additional support for Chinese and Korean to accommodate international patrons without requiring multilingual staff. Photo menus enable visual presentation of dishes.

Order management capabilities include two payment workflows. In Pay Later mode, orders are transmitted before payment settlement at the end of service. In Pay First mode, payment confirmation at a cashier precedes transmission of orders to kitchen staff. A live order dashboard displays incoming orders with status classification through four stages: received, preparing, ready and served, which allows monitoring of multiple orders during high volume periods.
