QScope is a cloud-based subscription platform for managing the full commercial lifecycle of a construction contract. Covering pre-contract through to final account, it handles cost estimates built from SMM7/NRM libraries, tender comparison across up to eight bids, interim valuations, payment certificates, subcontractor payments, retention tracking, variation management, loss and expense ascertainment, cash flow forecasting, and final account production. Payment dates are calculated from the user's own contract terms, with support for JCT, NEC3/4, RIBA, Scheme, and FIDIC forms. A single project record carries all data from first estimate to final account with no re-keying between stages.

Designed for construction industry professionals in the UK and internationally, QScope serves main contractors, clients, developers, contract administrators, quantity surveyors, monitoring surveyors, architects, and project managers. Lenders and funds are supported through a facility monitor that reports value in place for fund-releasing decisions. Guest access via shared links allows clients and subcontractors to view their own position without accessing internal cost reports, and guests do not count toward plan limits. All 29 features are available on every pricing plan; plan limits apply only to the number of concurrent active projects and users.

The platform includes a non-editable audit trail that records who changed which figure and when, exportable to CSV, allowing any figure to be reconstructed and defended after issue. A cash flow forecast models late payment behaviour and produces a peak funding requirement before contract execution. The risk register calculates contingency from probability and cost inputs per risk. Retention is tracked at the correct rate during works and at half rate after practical completion, with automatic release on the correct date. Bonds and warranties are tracked to expiry with a 60-day lapse warning. Documents including certificates, notices, and cost reports carry the user's own practice letterhead.
