QuickStaging is an AI image platform for residential real estate listings. One upload can be staged, corrected, converted and packaged for publication without leaving the browser.

Virtual staging is the core. An empty room is uploaded, a room type and one of 14 furniture styles are chosen, and the furnished room comes back in about 45 seconds at 2K. Twelve room types are supported, from living rooms and kitchens through to retail units and hotel rooms. Multi-angle staging holds the same furniture across several frames of one room, so the same sofa appears in the wide shot and in the corner shot.

Fifteen further tools share the same workbench and the same credits: sky replacement, day to dusk conversion, decluttering, object removal, lawn repair, light and colour enhancement in three presets, HDR bracket merging, 360 panorama staging for virtual tours, floor plan cleanup with an optional 3D render, and virtual renovation for flooring, cabinetry and wall finishes. A listing photo checker reviews a photo before it goes out.

Results are editable rather than final. Any area of an image can be selected and corrected in place, so one wrong piece of furniture does not require regenerating the room.

The marketing side runs off the same photos. QuickStaging drafts the listing title and description, builds a printable flyer and an open house sign-in sheet, renders a before and after video, and prepares social posts per platform with a suggested time to publish. Photos and property details can be published as a share page.

Compliance is handled at export. Studio exports carry an on-image AI disclosure label by default, and shared images keep the untouched original one click away on a comparison page. California AB 723 has required a visible notice and a route back to the original on digitally altered listing images since 1 January 2026, and this covers both parts. It also keeps a listing clear of NAR Code of Ethics Standard of Practice 12-10 on misleading images. The label can be turned off where it is not wanted.

Pricing is credit based, not per seat. One credit is one image, credits do not expire, and unused subscription credits roll over. Credits are available as one-time packs of 30, 90 or 250, or through monthly and annual subscriptions from 20 credits a month. New accounts receive 3 credits after email verification, with no card required.

The interface is available in nine languages and runs entirely in the browser.
