Rattle overview

What is Rattle?

Rattle is a cloud-based sales execution platform designed for B2B revenue teams operating across Salesforce or HubSpot and Slack or Microsoft Teams. By bridging CRM systems with messaging platforms through AI-driven automation and no-code workflow tooling, Rattle allows account executives, sales managers, RevOps leaders, customer success managers, and SDRs to query, update, and act on CRM data without leaving their messaging app. Core capabilities include a no-code workflow builder that routes Salesforce and HubSpot signals to Slack or Teams, a pipeline management front-end (Board) with one-click CRM edits, a Digest view for CRM data hygiene task resolution, in-Slack Commands for live CRM queries and updates, Deal Rooms for collaborative deal tracking, and in-Slack Approvals for discounts, contracts, and payment terms.

Meeting Intelligence extends the platform by ingesting call transcripts from Gong, Chorus, and Zoom via the OpenAI API to generate summaries, next steps, and custom coaching cues, then pushing outputs directly to Slack and the CRM. The AI Workflow Builder accepts custom prompts configured per deal stage and persona to extract targeted data points from transcripts and surface suggested CRM field updates for one-click approval. Additional AI agents include the CRM Data Agent for field validation from calls and emails, the Deal Risk Agent for flagging stalled deals and monitoring public signals such as leadership changes and funding rounds, and the Revenue Pulse and Manager Rundown Agents for scheduled pipeline briefings delivered to sales leaders. A Wizard layer (public beta) delivers executive-level pipeline insights on a scheduled cadence without requiring ad-hoc RevOps reporting.

Rattle targets mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS and technology companies. Reported outcomes include 30 minutes saved per rep per day on post-call administration, call content synthesis reduced from approximately 60 minutes to 2 to 3 minutes of reading, and workflow analytics that tie automation engagement to influenced revenue. No on-premises deployment option is available.
