What I love most is the ability to make quality drip campaigns, email sequencing that can be combined with phone and LinkedIn messaging, along with integrating with SFDC.
Horrible Customer Service, if you value customer service, this is not the company for you.
We moved across from Groove to Outreach and this was one of the best decisions we made. Outreach connects much better to other tools in our stack and the functionality is on another level.
NO integration with zapier - makes it difficult to integrate with my non-standard CRM package.
In addition, ease of use is one of the most important things to understand the language of a program and I love the ease of use in Outreach.
The interface is not user-friendly whatsoever. I have a hard time navigating aroud and i have been using the software for over a year.
Great interface, easy to use, and functional - many integrations to allow for data sharing which is great for a sales professional.

Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.
I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them.
It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month).
They have some great videos to help with anything that might come up and I am very happy with their customer support. They usually get back to me within a few hours at the latest.

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.
The ease of use of this software salesforce is amazing. I will would just want to commend the developers and managements of the great work put together.
Built-in email message creation is horrible and unreliable, randomly sending un-formatted and embarrassing messages.
The amount of information you can handle with it is incredible. I strongly recommend it and I very grateful for it.
Dashboard is beautiful and love that you can have different graphs to display and show during meeting to impress management.
The Chatter function gives great, quick connections to employees and collegues company-wide. Customer services is fantastic and highly responsive.
Salesforce is awesome because you can build it to be whatever you want it to be for your company. It helps us keep track of our leads exactly how we need it to.
The customer support is very responsive. Very useful From creating prospects to billing information required And overall it is one of the best CRM.

The support and speed in which new features are introduces are great. It helps us manage our stock levels much better and doesn't only save money, it saves tons of time too.
We have had some issues regarding the robustness of the integration with our ERP. Sometimes the data is not correct and we need to check it continually to avoid errors.
Compliments to your team for picking up on issues so quickly and the great support.
It is difficult to understand how it came up with the suggestion sometimes.

This software is very easy to use, and we have had great success with using it to communicate internally to better serve our clients.
The free version was so restricted, it made it virtually useless.
What initially attracted us to this CRM was its cost effectiveness. I was impressed by how easy it was to deploy and run.
I think we had some trouble when trying to connect to Mail Chimp. From memory it took a long time to get it right.
Nice integration with Socials to retrive people information (pictures). Some basic easy to use integration with msot popular tools like Mailchimp, Xero, Zendesk.
No multiple records (create campaign lists and cleaning up is horror).
Capsule is an excellent product for tracking opportunities and client relationships. It is easy to set up and customise.
Starts to get expensive with more users - if I could role out viewing to my whole team (no input) it would be handy - but i can't justify £300 a month.

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.
The functionality is a bit awkward and customization is limited.
I am very happy with the features that are now offered by Zoho. They are as good or better than any other CRM out there and less expensive.

Lack a training materials to refer back to for processes used as needed. I watched the same video several times over while learning to use SIQ.
Overall the most enjoyable MRP software to use. Wonderful support team always willing to help resolve issues and answer questions with fast response time.
Not a complaint towards the software, but if you do a poor implementation, you will have problems. It will show information that is incomplete/incorrect based on the human decision put it.
Pivot tables- being able to drive into data and saving the views is of great benefit. Alerts- there are lots of alerts on the platform that can be managed by the users responsibilities.
Learning and navigating around the software is probably the most difficult and also understanding the algorithms that are being used.
Easy to use, great interface with many things you need all in one place. Very reliable with little issues.

It has been smooth and will be an easy transition for us. Above all else, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super helpful.
We have been struggling to get a live connection to DataRails from our ERP for some time now.
It's also nice having tables from different files accessible from their cloud to other files - very useful when working with financial models that are composed from several files.
We were trying to work with our internal controls, but it was proving to be too manually intensive and costly with upkeep and designated staff.
We also really liked the idea of having a dedicated customer rep , this has been extremely helpful thru the implementation, but also in creation of all our reports.
The platform doesn't integrate with Excel 2007 which is a bummer.
Datarails is an exhaustive FP&A tool and great for Budgeting and variance analysis. The Report Builder is a powerful feature that helps to review results by Office, department & Cost centers.
Some features were missing but already developed recently.
I like the ease of budgeting and maintaining my departments spending- I like the dig down functions.

Chorus is great for new hire training. We put together a playlist of call snippets and are able to highlight best practices and learning experiences.
I dislike that there a two different buttons to share and add a clip to a playlist.
It is easy to use and they give very valuable insights and analytics into your calls to help you self evalutate and improve.
Sometimes prospects can get scared if they think the conversation is being recorded.
Chorus is very helpful from a Marketing perspective since we can gain a lot of valuable insights quickly to apply to messaging by listening to customer and prospect calls.

I originally got into Host for budgeting and it has been great for that, but I have found it great for many other things. I also love the way it can grow with me.
The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.
My overall experience with Planful has been overwhelmingly positive. Their team is frequently engaged to ensure that we're utilizing the solution to our maximum benefit.
It can be difficult to set up a report template. Not all the modules have the same reporting tools.
What i like about planful is that the data is transmitted in real time.the application is easy to handle.reliable and accurate details and it has very good features.
Collaboration can also be difficult, as the individual models are fragile and must be updated online.
The ability to integrate reports directly with system data pulls is a very nice feature that can help reduce the complexity of workbooks.
Processes and building infrastructure around raw data can be tricky. We do not have a data warehouse which makes things difficult with connecting data.
Great experience, very friendly staff, and everyone wants you to succeed.
Customer service is second to none. In my 30+ years in planning and analysis, I have never found a team so dedicated to ensuring their customer's success.
I like that it is user friendly, drag and drop feature makes it easy to run ad hoc reports. Love the line item detail and notes feature in the templates.

It's glitched and messed up a few calls that I have been on. I had to boot it out of the conversation.
Outstanding way to retain information discussed, study my own and other behaviors to improve. It's quickened our new hire on-boarding and improves direct coaching.
It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.
What I love most about it is that it analytically breaks down every call I have with a customer or prospect (talk time, sentiment analysis, conversation keywords most focused on).
If anything the search functionality is a little bit confusing. If you do not have the exact name of the call you are trying to view it will take a while to track down.
I love that we're able to quickly find calls, be strategic with our quality assurance process, provide managers with a tool to help coach their team and build them up with specific examples.
The mobile experience for Gong can be confusing.
Gong has a nice integration and feature set. The AI is strong and delivers nice coaching results.
Great customer service, intuitive for end users, valuable tool across teams. Very positive experience and would recommend this to any Sales, CS or Enablement team to implement.
The technology is solid and very intuitive. It's nice to have a technology that doesn't cost headaches with functionality and process changes.
Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

The all-in-one feature is the best for me. Having all client information and tracking results from marketing in the same place really is beneficial.
The software is great and very much extendable with API and other customization.
Nice for someone starting up. The free plan even comes with helpdesk and live chat.
I did EXTENSIVE research before picking Engagebay and they havent disappointed me. This is a tool for what I need but also that can grow with me.

You can also create a custom domain for landing pages built in EngageBay - it's very important to build credibility, cause people don't want to click on unknown links.
It is easyish to use, still lacks loads of features and the way of working is sometimes frustrating compared to something like Hubspot, but that is where the huge price difference comes in.

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.

I love the meeting summaries and the tasks it generates. I also love being able to rewatch any of my meetings without having to record, download and save each meeting to my desktop.
I'm afraid the rug will get ripped out from under me and I'll have to pay to access my files some day.

Inability to upload external recordings for processing, but aware this is on the roadmap for the future.

My only downside is when someone uses screenshare the fathom app can't also appear.
The tool helps my clients as the summary and reading back what they share is incredibly useful - and demonstrates on reflection the huge value and benefit of the work we do togther.
I guess the only drawback is that you need to pay (more) attention to the meeting and decide why category to place the comments. This mind juggling can be disconcerting.

The service from RSS has been outstanding and they help to provide solutions and alternatives quickly and as best as they can.
It's annoying whem the system times out without warning and you can lose your work. The interface feels a little "old" but really that's just nit picking.
I have really enjoyed using RSS for my day to day administration and for quoting purposes. It is an effective platform with lots of good features and work arounds.
This however makes it very difficult for anybody but me to understand where we are with each customer in our sales and follow up cycle. I always struggle to maintain order with this.
The software is so easy to use which has made embedding it into our operational practices an easy task. The ability to link accounts has proved very useful too.
Some of the terms used to describe the different sections of data are confusing and require getting used to. The short amount of time before you are logged out again.

Really Simple Systems CRM has easy search features which I really need and I can customise these which is an added bonus. Most of all it is the customer support that is the game changer.
The service from RSS has been outstanding and they help to provide solutions and alternatives quickly and as best as they can.
It's annoying whem the system times out without warning and you can lose your work. The interface feels a little "old" but really that's just nit picking.
I have really enjoyed using RSS for my day to day administration and for quoting purposes. It is an effective platform with lots of good features and work arounds.
This however makes it very difficult for anybody but me to understand where we are with each customer in our sales and follow up cycle. I always struggle to maintain order with this.
The software is so easy to use which has made embedding it into our operational practices an easy task. The ability to link accounts has proved very useful too.
Some of the terms used to describe the different sections of data are confusing and require getting used to. The short amount of time before you are logged out again.
I'm particularly impressed with the email integration which saves the whole endless copying and pasting debacle. It really is simple, but perfect at what it does.
Reporting needs to be more customized. Found a bit difficult to provide user permission and ownership to various reports.

The Apollo team's customer support was also something I truly appreciated. They attended to my needs with great care and were quite helpful.
However, after we purchased, I realized that even though they had that "company" when I needed it, a LOT of those companies didn't have any contacts at them so they were worthless to me.
Apollo.io Contact Validity & Reliability has been Excellent - it supports various filters & social media integration (LinkedIn), which is essential when we cross-reference the contacts.
No Zapier Integration, so was hard to try to sync up email prospecting in Apollo with the leads I had in my Close CRM without doing some manual work.
Easy to use, great filters, fast, powerful. I loved the fact that you can insert personalised fields on emails.
There is no telling when they could place another limit for 1000 or 100 without any prior notice to their current users.
I love the flexibility of using sequences in Apollo. As a salesperson, it is important to set your touches and personalize emails that go out to your prospects.
Integration with some of our existing systems could be difficult. That might have been partially due to them being legacy systems.

The support from Firefish is excellent the guys respond to my queries in a helpful and courteous manner. You are made to feel part of their team.
You have to keep everyone on them and it is frustrating when you want to take one off.
Very positive experience. We are so happy to have invested in Firefish and in a short period of time it has had an incredibly positive impact on our business.
Initially we struggled on the temp side as it didn't allow us to input an hourly rate, only a day rate.
The software is reasonably priced and does the job. It's easy to use and if you have an issue they have a great support team to help.
As with all software there is in initial learning curve, but once you are past this I would say I have no other negatives I can think of.
Before purchasing it I had no idea how good their customer support was. It's quite frankly excellent and an example of how any customer support should be.
There is no in-built document editor (but we have found a simple workaround for this) and some of the reporting took a bit of getting used to.
The candidate experience has been great using the online portal and it has improved efficiency in terms of moving candidates through all the workflows as well as streamlining our GDPR process.
Amazing forward thinking recruitment CRM built by a passionate team - I only wish we'd moved sooner.

Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc.
API changes caused fatal errors in several of our integrations over the course of our time with Insightly. User interface was never the prettiest.
I love the to-do list and the fact that it makes it so much easier in business to keep everyone on the same page. I also love the ease of use of this CRM.
If we were paying more I would be really dissatisfied. Oh and they are just appalling at sharing their product roadmap.
