RattusWMS is a cloud based, multi warehouse and multi tenant warehouse management system that runs the entire operation on one platform, from receiving to invoicing. It is built for third party logistics operators, FTWZ and bonded warehouses, pharma and regulated goods businesses, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers.

Core functions include inbound receiving, directed putaway, cross docking, wave planning, batch and directed picking, packing, dispatch and returns. Inventory is real time and lottable aware, tracking batch, expiry, location, pallet and stock state across every movement, with cycle counting, kitting and replenishment built in.

For third party logistics, RattusWMS adds activity based billing, storage billing and customer profitability, with per client configuration and hard data isolation between tenants. For regulated and bonded environments it enforces customs and FTWZ rules, licence tracking and a full audit trail.

The platform is driven by a rules based engine, so workflows are configured rather than hard coded, and it connects to leading ERP and accounting systems through modern APIs. It also includes KPI dashboards, workforce productivity analytics and an Android handheld scanning application where every scan syncs back to the web in real time.
