RepairNest POS was started by a New York cell phone store owner who needed software built for this kind of business. It runs online from anywhere and as a Windows app, in English, Spanish, French or Arabic for each employee.

Repairs: repair tickets from check-in to pickup, technician assignment, status updates by text and email, full repair history per customer and device, and Smart Repair, which learns which part goes with each phone and repair and allocates it automatically.

Sales: fast checkout for repairs, phones, accessories, services and bill payments; card payments connected to checkout, or your own processor; true dual pricing up to 4%; layaway and pre-order deposits; store credit; favorite products; professional receipts with a Google review QR code.

Inventory: IMEI and serial tracking, used and resale inventory, Invoice Scan (a photo or PDF of a supplier invoice goes straight into stock), vendor and purchase management, returns to suppliers (RMA) and inventory transfers between stores.
