Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Ripples Metrics overview
What is Ripples Metrics?
Ripples Metrics joins the five data sources a founder already has into one screen per product, and one across every product they run.
Collection. A single script tag for the web, or an SDK for iOS (Swift Package Manager), PHP (Composer) and Python (pip). The web tracker is roughly 5 KB, sends to a first-party endpoint, and scores traffic for bot credibility rather than silently dropping it. Server-side revenue and identify events can be sent directly from your backend through the SDKs.
Integrations, one OAuth click each, all backfilling history. Revenue: Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, plus your own billing events. Advertising: Google Ads, for spend, ROAS and payback by campaign. Search: Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, 16 months of queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions, with search volume, competition and cost-per-click for the terms you rank for.
The join. Streams are resolved on the person, not on the session, so a visitor who arrived from a Reddit thread, signed up on Tuesday, paid on Friday and was still active in month two is one record attributed to Reddit, carrying its revenue and its retention. Attribution is first-touch and stamped at ingest. There are no events to define, no funnel to build and no dashboard to configure.
Reporting. Traffic by channel, source and referrer. A pre-built visit to signup to payment funnel. Revenue and MRR attributed to channel. Retention cohorts split by acquisition channel. ROAS and payback day per channel. A Search section that puts clicks, impressions and positions beside the signups each landing page actually produced, plus a report of the pages leaving recoverable clicks on the table. A portfolio view across up to ten projects, with pooled allowances.
Programmatic access. A read-only MCP server with OAuth lets Claude, Claude Code or Cursor query your traffic, channels, revenue, retention and search data in plain language.
What it deliberately does not do: session replay, heatmaps, A/B testing, feature flags, SQL access, self-hosting or SSO.
Pricing. Free until a product reaches $1K MRR, every feature included. Then $9 a month for one project, $19 for up to ten. No feature is gated by plan.
