RYSENA is a cloud-based workspace for design engineers and architects working on building and construction projects, accessible via browser at rysena.sk. It centralizes projects, clients, documentation, technical reports, tasks, and deadlines in a single environment. Project data entered once is reused automatically across documents and reports, eliminating repeated manual data entry and reducing administrative overhead.

Core functionality covers project management (building data, land parcels, documentation stages), client records reusable across multiple projects, and structured project documentation organized by individual parts. Technical report creation draws on pre-prepared templates with editable and reorderable chapters and sub-chapters; project data auto-fills report content, and finished documents export to DOCX. Custom graphic DOCX templates are supported. A file name generator assembles document and drawing names for electronic documentation automatically from project data. The area balance (Bilancia ploch) module records plot area, built-up and paved areas, and greenery, with automatic calculation of basic indicators. Tasks and deadlines are logged per project and sync to Google Calendar and iPhone Calendar. Completed projects move to an archive for later reference, and larger documentation sets can be split into individual building objects for clearer overview.
