The platform consolidates own-fleet and hired-in carrier management on one planning board, giving dispatchers a unified view of tractors, trailers, drivers, containers, and chassis, including status, inspection records, and availability. Documents such as CMRs, packing slips, and weighbridge tickets are attached to trips automatically, removing manual filing steps. Rate structures, recharges, and customer invoices are handled natively, with AI-assisted matching of charter purchase invoices against trips and agreed rates to reduce manual checking.

AI capabilities are embedded across the order-to-invoice flow. An AI order intake module reads incoming emails and attachments (including PDFs and Excel files), extracts relevant fields, and places a draft order into the system for employee approval. An AI quotation engine costs inbound transport requests and converts accepted quotations directly into orders. AI purchase invoice matching reconciles charter invoices against trip data and contracted rates. Full end-to-end automated planning, covering the complete email-to-invoice cycle without manual intervention, is currently in development.
