What is SBS Presencia?
SBS Presencia is a cloud-based program for controlling employees' schedules, shifts, and attendance. The system is multiplatform; it can be accessed from the web with a fingerprint reader or through a mobile app. The system works with the SBS app, which is available for Android and iOS operating systems.
The application enables remote clocking of workers using geolocation, which facilitates the tracking of employee activity such as visits to customers, presence at construction sites, or other work outside the company's premises. Additionally, with the help of the vacation module, the employee can self-manage their requests for days off, justify absences or request vacations. These requests are automatically sent for approval.
The program also enables the system administrator to export the available information in real-time; this can be done individually or in groups. Finally, this software complies with the new working time recording regulations."
