The feature set covers the full distributor back-office workflow. A B2B e-commerce store supports multi-price client catalogues and online quote-to-order processing. Automated invoicing is produced in Factur-X format, meeting PDP 2026 regulatory requirements. Native KPAX integration handles automated meter reading for black-and-white, colour, and scan volumes, with anomaly alerts and zero manual re-entry. SEPA collections run through a multi-step reminder workflow. Logistics operations are supported via native DPD integration with automatic label generation, parcel tracking, dropshipping, and proof of delivery. Stock and multi-warehouse management, client contract management, and a connected client portal round out the operational layer. Accounting exports are available in Excel, PDF, FEC, and CSV formats, and document archiving is handled through Zeendoc GED. Additional integrations include Stripe for payments, Novalend for stock financing, Praxedo, and MPS Monitor. An open API, ERP/CRM connectors, and webhooks support extensibility.
Scale-Up Solution targets independent small businesses through to structured multi-company distributor groups dealing in copiers, multifunction devices, consumables, MPS contracts, and IT hardware. Licensing is structured with unlimited users per plan, and all plans include dedicated onboarding, team training, and a guaranteed SLA. A revenue, margin, and order KPIs dashboard provides operational visibility across the business.
