ScheduleLens is a forensic schedule analysis software platform that evaluates construction and infrastructure project schedules through automated quality assessment, delay analysis and integrity verification. The platform enables uploads of project schedule files from Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject and generates comprehensive forensic reports within minutes. The platform is designed for construction professionals including planners, project managers and delay analysts. The software addresses the need for objective, defensible schedule analysis in complex construction and infrastructure programmes where schedule manipulation and quality degradation can impact project outcomes.
The platform performs three primary categories of analysis across uploaded schedule files. Schedule health and quality assessment includes DCMA fourteen-point compliance checks that generate an A–F quality grade, critical path tracing, float distribution analysis and remaining plan feasibility signals. Delay and extension of time analysis functionality supports two schedule forensic comparison and multi-update series tracking with a three-number delay decomposition and supported extension positions derived from user defined event tagging. Integrity verification capabilities detect schedule manipulation through mode switches, concealed slip identification, rewritten actual detection and critical path churn analysis that surface evidence of schedules adjusted to appear healthier than actual project conditions warrant.
The software examines logic relationships, float calculations, constraint configurations, calendar settings and critical path determination automatically through its Python based computational engine. The subscriber dashboard enables longitudinal tracking of quality metrics, forecast finish dates and integrity signals across multiple schedule updates with an honest rebaseline timeline and two query agents for data interrogation.
ScheduleLens supports native file parsing for Primavera P6 formats including XER and XML files, Microsoft Project XML and MPP formats and Asta Powerproject PP files without conversion steps. The platform operates on a privacy focused architecture in which uploaded files are deleted after processing, results are encrypted and no data is utilized for model training. Every figure in a report is computed by a deterministic engine; a language model only writes the already-computed findings into prose and never invents numbers. Reports are delivered as HTML and PDF with an Excel appendix. The analysis runs before payment, so you see the DCMA headline and a sample of the findings from your own file before deciding whether to buy the report.
