Seatsat is a commission-free restaurant reservation and operations platform built for restaurants that want to own their bookings and their data instead of renting diners from a marketplace.
Restaurants take direct reservations from their own website, from Google, and from a single shareable link-in-bio page designed for Instagram and TikTok. Every booking lands in the same live calendar the host works from at the podium, alongside walk-ins, a service timeline, and a booking inbox. There are no per-cover commissions and no surprise month-end invoices: one flat monthly price per location is the whole bill.
Seatsat also replaces QR-code-only menus with public, indexable, multi-language menu pages that help restaurants get found in search. Team access keeps the whole front-of-house working from the same live room, and multi-location support lets groups and chains run separate floors with a shared guest book under one account.
