Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

SensiHub overview
What is SensiHub?
SensiHub is a cloud-based data governance and compliance platform that identifies, classifies, and remediates stale data and sensitive information across distributed enterprise environments. The platform provides compliance, security, and IT teams with comprehensive visibility into redundant, obsolete, and trivial data alongside personally identifiable information, protected health information, and payment card industry data residing in cloud storage systems, email platforms, and local machines. The solution serves organizations in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and legal that face significant compliance exposure from unmanaged data accumulation and require audit-ready documentation of data governance activities.
SensiHub performs automated scanning and classification of files and emails based on configurable age thresholds, file extensions, naming patterns, and content analysis to identify redundant, obsolete, and trivial data at high, medium, and low severity levels. The platform employs pattern-based detection algorithms to locate hundreds of categories of sensitive content, including Social Security numbers, credit card information, HIPAA-regulated medical data, and FERPA educational records. Findings across all connected data sources appear in a unified review queue with filtering by severity level, source location, and classification category. Bulk remediation actions are executed directly from the dashboard to quarantine files to designated folders, move email messages to trash, approve legitimate data, dismiss false positives, or suppress specific findings.
Per-source policy configuration enables administrators to establish distinct age thresholds for data, file extension filters, preservation keywords, and quarantine delays for each data source, overriding global defaults where organizational requirements differ. Scheduled scans can run daily, weekly, or monthly with email alerts when high risk findings emerge. The platform generates risk reports in PDF and JSON formats scoped to priority findings for distribution to auditors, compliance teams, and executive leadership. Team collaboration features include finding assignment with due dates, progress tracking, and role-based access control with four permission levels and granular capability restrictions. Data scoping functionality restricts team member visibility to specific folder paths through ownership assignment via an interactive folder tree displaying finding counts by location. The audit log records every scan execution, quarantine action, approval, dismissal, and assignment with human-readable summaries that document the user identity, timestamp, and affected data objects.
SensiHub connects to major cloud platforms and local infrastructure through OAuth authentication and lightweight agent deployment. Supported integrations include Google Drive and Gmail, Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, Amazon Web Services S3 buckets, Dropbox, Box, and Windows or macOS local machines via agent installation. Enterprise deployment options offer Docker-based self-hosted installation that retains all data within the organization network to meet strict data residency and compliance requirements. Enterprise configurations support unlimited users and devices, single sign-on integration, custom retention policies, dedicated support channels, and service level agreements for organizations that require guaranteed uptime and response times.
