Sharp View Accounting ERP is a Windows desktop accounting and business management platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines financial accounting, sales, purchases, inventory, fixed assets, receivables, payables, budgeting, reporting, document management, and operational dashboards in one integrated system.

The platform uses a local Microsoft SQL Server database, allowing customers to maintain direct control over their business data. It includes scheduled backup and recovery tools to help organizations protect their records and restore information when required.

Sharp View supports multi-company management, with separate data, settings, and reporting for each entity. Administrators can configure granular permissions at the company, form, and command levels. Audit trails and record history capture changes and user activity to improve transparency and accountability.

Inventory capabilities help businesses track quantities, values, item movements, and stock across multiple stores. Sales and purchasing functions are connected to receivables, payables, inventory, and general ledger processes, reducing duplicate data entry and improving operational visibility.

Dynamic reports and dashboards provide financial and operational insights using flexible filters. Users can design financial statement layouts and customize invoices, cheques, and other business documents using the Print Designer and multiple document templates.

The integrated Document Center lets users attach receipts, contracts, invoices, and other supporting documents to relevant transactions and records. Data can be imported through Excel and CSV files, including sales information exported from e-commerce and other external platforms.
