What is SitPup?
SitPup is online pet care booking software designed for independent pet sitters, dog walkers, home boarding providers and small pet hotels.
The platform brings bookings, availability, client and pet records, scheduling and invoicing into one system. Businesses can accept direct reservations through a dedicated booking page or embed the SitPup booking widget into an existing website.
Availability tools let users set working hours, breaks and days off, so customers only see bookable dates and times. Booking requests can be reviewed and confirmed from the dashboard, while owners can also add reservations manually and manage them through a calendar.
Client management includes contact records, pet profiles, booking history and notes. Pet profiles can store information such as pet type, breed, age, size and care details. SitPup also includes invoicing tools for creating and managing invoices linked to bookings.
Public booking pages can display business information, services, pricing, photos and contact details. SitPup supports multiple languages and currencies and works across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. It can also be installed as a progressive web app for quick access from a smartphone or tablet.
Email alerts and mobile push notifications help businesses stay informed about new booking activity. SitPup runs in the browser and requires no local installation.
A free plan includes a booking page, embeddable booking widget, calendar and availability management, client and pet records, booking management and invoicing. Paid plans offer higher booking limits and additional features.
SitPup does not operate as a marketplace and does not charge marketplace commission on bookings.
