Users photograph bins, shelves, drawers, or boxes, and computer vision automatically identifies and catalogs every visible item in the image, applying names, tags, and categories at the moment of capture, with no manual data entry or barcode hardware required. QR code labels link physical containers to their digital inventory records, allowing anyone to view bin contents by scanning without opening the container.
