Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

SphereIQ overview
What is SphereIQ?
SphereIQ is an enterprise AI operating system structured across five integrated layers: Connect, Company Brain, Enterprise Twin, AI Factory, and Governance. Designed for large enterprises and regulated organizations operating complex, document-heavy environments across multiple systems, SphereIQ connects enterprise data sources through 200+ connectors with change-data-capture, event streaming, and an MCP hub that exposes every connected system as a governed tool AI agents can read from and act on — including write-back actions such as creating invoices, updating tickets, and filing records.
The Company Brain layer builds a governed knowledge graph with typed entities and relations, enterprise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using hybrid retrieval combining vector search, lexical keyword search, reciprocal-rank fusion, optional reranking, and knowledge graph expansion, with every answer cited to its source document. Persistent episodic memory (Engram) accumulates decisions, exceptions, and context across agent and team sessions over time. The Enterprise Twin layer performs automated system discovery, dependency graph construction, process and task mining from event logs, bottleneck detection, automation-fit scoring, and AI-readiness scoring across the application estate. The AI Factory provides a visual and pro-code agent builder, multi-agent workflow orchestration with human-in-the-loop steps, an evaluation harness with golden datasets and regression suites, a model registry with cost-aware routing and A/B testing, and a template library of production-proven agents covering accounts payable, compliance, procurement, HR, CFO, revenue assurance, technician knowledge, and manufacturing use cases.
SphereIQ's Governance layer enforces a declarative policy engine in the request path, covering PII detection and masking, prompt-injection defense via the Bulwark deterministic AI firewall, hallucination detection with groundedness scoring, human-approval workflows, and an immutable append-only audit ledger. Compliance coverage includes EU AI Act risk-tier classification, GxP IQ/OQ/PQ validation packs, 21 CFR Part 11 controls, and NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 alignment. Three deployment models — Cloud (multi-tenant SaaS), Dedicated (single-tenant VPC in the customer's AWS environment), and Private (customer-held encryption keys, air-gapped installation with signed offline updates) — run the full five-layer platform. Pricing is based on deployment model and estate scope, not per-seat licensing. Target industries include life sciences, energy, logistics and aviation, financial and professional services, pensions and retirement, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, legal, public sector and government, and telecommunications.
