SpomBridge is a cloud ERP built specifically for Argentine small and medium businesses that sell physical products — in a store, online, or both. It replaces the usual patchwork of spreadsheets, a separate invoicing tool and the accountant's folder with a single system where sales, purchases, stock, invoicing and accounting share one database.

Fiscal compliance (ARCA / ex-AFIP)

Electronic invoicing is native, not an add-on module. SpomBridge connects directly to ARCA's SOAP web services (WSFEv1) to issue invoice types A, B, C and M, plus credit and debit notes, returning the CAE authorization code, QR code and print-ready PDF. Customer tax status is validated against ARCA at load time so comprobantes are not rejected. Bulk invoicing lets you issue hundreds of channel orders in one reviewed batch, with each invoice in its own savepoint so a single failure never rolls back the rest. Libro de IVA Digital and CITI export files are generated from the transactions already in the system. Multi-jurisdiction IIBB with Convenio Multilateral coefficients is supported for businesses selling across provinces.

Sales channel integrations

Native OAuth2 integrations with Mercado Libre and Tienda Nube — no third-party connector or per-channel subscription. Listings are imported and matched to your products by SKU, preserving listing history and reputation. Orders arrive automatically with buyer, shipping address, payment method and fulfilment status. Actual marketplace commissions and shipping costs are pulled per sale and applied against product margin, so reported profit reflects what was really collected, not an estimate.

Inventory

One stock pool across every channel and branch. A sale in any channel decrements stock immediately and pushes the new quantity to the other channels. A reconciliation job runs every 30 minutes comparing the last quantity each channel accepted against current available stock and re-pushes anything that drifted or errored — push-only, so a stale channel value can never overwrite your local stock. Available stock is computed as on-hand minus reserved, so units committed to unshipped orders are not offered for sale. Full variant support (size, colour) with per-variant stock, barcodes, multi-branch transfers and low-stock alerts.

Artificial intelligence

AI credits are included in every plan, with no separate module to purchase. Supplier invoice OCR reads a photo or PDF and extracts vendor, line items, quantities, prices and tax rates for review before posting; confirming updates stock and product cost while deliberately preserving your selling price and margin, so pricing stays a commercial decision. Also included: business insights, anomaly detection on spending, intelligent stock alerts, automatic product categorisation and an AI generator for marketplace listing titles and descriptions.

Accounting and finance

Double-entry accounting on an RT 9 chart of accounts, generated automatically from sales, purchases and expenses. Customer and supplier current accounts with payment allocation and account statements. AI-assisted bank reconciliation. External accountants get their own login and never consume a user seat.

Banking (Enterprise plan)

Native Banco Credicoop integration: pay suppliers by transfer, pay taxes via VEP, issue and manage echeqs, and reconcile account movements without leaving the system.

Security and data ownership

Strict tenant isolation, role-based access control with four roles and granular permissions, PostgreSQL with daily backups, and full CSV export of products, customers, documents and journal entries at any time — no lock-in. A public REST API is available for integration with external systems.
