Stello is cloud software for creating QR menus and managing table orders in restaurants, pizzerias, bars and cafés. Owners manage the menu and service from a computer, phone or tablet. Guests use their phone browser without installing an app.

Create a menu from photos, PDFs or manual input, organize dishes into sections and update prices and availability while keeping the same QR code. Display allergen information and dietary preferences. Automatic allergen suggestions help with setup, while the restaurant reviews the information before publication.

Ordina & Paga, included in Starter and Pro, connects guest ordering with the staff workflow. Guests send orders from the menu, follow their status and add more courses during the meal. Orders form a shared table bill that guests can split.

Waiters accept orders on a shared board and take responsibility for them. Kitchen staff mark orders ready for collection. Staff can use a shared restaurant account or individual accounts on their phones or tablets. Analytics cover orders, payments and fulfilment times.

Restaurants can start taking orders with payment through the waiter, then complete Stripe onboarding to enable electronic payments. Guests pay directly in the menu with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay and receive a receipt by email. Stripe handles payment-card data; Stello does not store guests' card details.

The Free plan includes 1 menu, up to 50 dishes, 2 languages and unlimited scans, with no expiry or credit card required. Base adds unlimited dishes, AI translation in 15 languages, dish photos, a visual editor, featured dish promotions, a restaurant mini-site, PDF download and menu scan analytics. Starter includes 3 separate QR menus and Pro includes 5; both include Ordina & Paga, menu setup by the Stello team and priority support.
